If you choose to do so it is assumed that you expressly consent on your company’s behalf to the publication of these results. It is assumed that you have authority to make this request on the company’s behalf if your email address is from the company’s domain. No other personal information or submitted documents will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. 

We are not responsible for inaccurate assessments resulting from false, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the Client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on our reports, except where caused by proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiskManage.co from any claims arising from misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
