These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the risk assessment services (“Services”) provided by RiskManage.co (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide risk assessment and due diligence services covering a range of risk factors including legal, sanctions, adverse media, reputational and other factors. The results are based on data from external risk databases and our analysis. We deliver a report containing risk assessment results including analyst commentary if appropriate. We also offer an optional listing on our website. The risk assessment services should be considered to be basic in nature and are not a replacement for detailed due diligence.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the assessment. The accuracy and validity of any rating or report depends entirely on the correctness of the information supplied.
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or retract any score, rating, report, badge, certificate, or online listing at any time.
We do not perform audits, investigations, or continuous monitoring unless expressly agreed in writing. Any risk assessments we provide are of limited scope, unless agreed otherwise, and are not a replacement for detailed due diligence. We do not assess legal compliance, financial accuracy or operational performance.
We are not responsible for inaccurate assessments resulting from false, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the Client. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on our reports, except where caused by proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiskManage.co from any claims arising from misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms. If you choose to have a listing on the site, it is assumed that you have authority to make this request on the company’s behalf if your email address is from the company.
All client information and assessment outputs are treated as confidential. We may collate anonymized summary data for analytical purposes.
Subject to client consent, RiskManage.co may publish a risk summary online, the contents of which are at the discretion of RiskManage.co in line with the results of its risk assessments. No submitted documents or personal information will be published without explicit consent, except as required by law. Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
All methodologies, frameworks, tools, and templates remain the intellectual property of RiskManage.co.
Reports may only be used for internal risk and control review purposes and are not a substitute for audits or regulatory reviews.
It is the Client’s responsibility to provide complete documentation during review meetings. Any additional diligence or follow-up work may incur additional fees at RiskManage.co’s discretion.
If you are not satisfied with the delivery of the services, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your report, provided that the services were not delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.
Refunds will not be issued solely due to dissatisfaction with a risk rating, score, or outcome where the Services were delivered as described and based on information supplied by the Client. Should a refund be requested your listing will also be removed from the site, if you have one.
RiskManage.co aims to deliver reports within 24 hours (Excluding Weekends) of receiving complete and accurate information. Delivery timelines may be extended if submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate or requires clarification.
All fees must be paid in full upfront prior to commencement of Services.
Refunds are governed by the Money-Back Guarantee section above. No refunds will be issued solely due to dissatisfaction with a risk rating or assessment outcome where services were delivered in accordance with scope and timeframe.
RiskManage.co reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion and issue a refund where appropriate.
No refunds will be issued where the Client disputes or disagrees with the risk rating itself. Assessments are final unless corrected due to a material error or verified data issue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
